General Information
The Khajiit heavy armor looks very distinctive when compared to other armor sets; it’s a bit unconventional, but it’s an attractive set that dyes well.
What are the components?
This piece appears as a leather gambeson with detached shoulderless sleeves. The plate armor covers the chest, but leaves the sides and stomach exposed – this armor is definitely less heavy than other sets, and lends itself well to one’s general impression of the khajiit as more focused on speed and agility than heavy armored protection. The hip-pieces and crotch-flap appear to be metal with leather accents.
Considerations when dyeing
There are no difficulties in dyeing this piece! Everything takes on the proscribed colors, and looks great; the third slot – the leather portion – can be a bit muddled, but generally in a good way.
What dyes where?
The primary dye-slot alters the metal pieces, the secondary adjusts the metal trimming, and the tertiary colors the leather.
